(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Salinas, CA. • Provide property management services for leased properties owned future leases and buildings, and management of branch line right–of–way properties.• Services include lease administration, property inspections, tenant coordination, maintenance coordination, encroachment and compliance monitoring, reporting, lease renewals, and related real estate support.• Transition existing lease files and establish management records.• Administer leases, critical dates, rent escalations, insurance, and compliance.• Collect rents and monitor delinquencies.• Prepare monthly management reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21 ,2026.
