(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based medical transport logistics scheduling software application solution. – Provide a cloud–based medical transport logistics scheduling software application to support the coordination and management of crisis and non–emergency medical transportation operations.  • Transport request intake and clinical triage:– Provide a secure portal for real–time trip scheduling and automated dispatch for non–emergency, and crisis–related medical transport.– Portal shall integrate with contracted ambulance and non–emergency medical transport providers.– Portal shall capture key medical information such as patient condition, equipment needs, monitoring requirements, and level–of–care justification.• Configurable triage workflows based on Agency protocols.• Resource management:– Tools to view transportation schedules, unit availability, and certification levels– Automated resource matching based on capability, geography, and operational criteria.• Real–time operations:– Provide real–time status notifications such as broadcasted, accepted, declined, canceled, assigned, en route, arrived, loading, transporting and completed.– Secure real–time messaging between dispatchers, field staff, and transportation vendors.– Automated notifications via email, phone or text communication.• Mobile access application: Mobile–friendly access to portal application for requests, assignments, navigation, transport details, status updates and operational notes.• Reporting and compliance:– Dashboards for operational performance, transport volume, response times, and clinical indicators.– Exportable reporting to support quality assurance, billing preparation, and regulatory compliance.• Technical requirements:– Cloud–hosted environment with high availability, redundancy, and data security. – Supports API integration capability for existing Agency systems (CAD, EHR/HIE, billing, GPS/GIS). – Role based security and audit logging.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
