2026-104 (RFP) Production Labor Provider

The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Center” or “Operator”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Production Labor Providers (“PLP”) to supply stagehands, riggers, and live event production labor personnel on an as-needed basis for various events held at the Charleston Coliseum, Charleston Convention Center, and Charleston Theater (individually or collectively referred to as the “Facility”). The selected PLP will enter into a Service Agreement with the Center covering the period from the date of execution through December 31, 2030, with labor rates effective February 1, 2027 through December 31, 2030. All Responses must be submitted in electronic PDF format. Responses must be transmitted according to established deadlines listed in Section Five of this EOI (October 29, 2026 at 1pm) to the City of Charleston’s Purchasing Coordinator, by emailing bids@cityofcharleston.org. Responses exceeding 15 MB in size should be sent to the Purchasing Coordinator via a secure, sharable link. (Examples: SharePoint, OneDrive, or Dropbox)
