(1) Vendor needs to provide engagement support services.• The work may include, but is not limited to, project management support; development and facilitation of in–person, virtual and hybrid engagement activities; coordination of community–based organization partnerships; coordination and facilitation of a collaborative CBO working group to help inform engagement strategies, strengthen community partnerships and support community–based engagement activities conducted by participating CBOs within the communities they serve; administration of surveys, focus groups and other engagement–supporting research activities; creation of culturally competent and multilingual communications materials and digital engagement tools; development of digital and interactive engagement tools/games; public engagement research and analytics; and evaluation and reporting.• Plan, develop, coordinate and execute a variety of traditional and non–traditional engagement elements, activities and approaches, both in–person and online, including, but not limited to, meetings, workshops, focus groups, small–group discussions, webinars, and events that promote dialogue and engagement among stakeholders and participants.• Create audience–appropriate, platform–appropriate, professional and culturally–competent communications, and outreach and engagement messaging and content for various internal and external audiences (e.g., persons with limited English proficiency; media; elected officials; local, regional, state and federal agency staff, etc.), and for various traditional and digital platforms (e.g., memoranda, presentations, reports, handouts, display boards, process charts, surveys, collateral, web copy, social media, etc.).(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
