(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis transportation services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. • Agency seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide a coordinated transportation service to support individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse Crissies across city.• Responsible for delivering 24/7/365 transportation services, supported by centralized dispatch, vehicles appropriate for behavioral health transport, and personnel trained in behavioral health crisis response, including de–escalation and trauma–informed care. • Services will be available through multiple referral sources, including 988 crisis lines, community mental health centers, hospitals, law enforcement, courts, and other authorized entities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8th, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
