CLEANING-14202 - USA (Fort Worth, Maryland) - Custodial Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, MD.– Such equipment and supplies shall include, without limitation, gloves, cleaning rags, brooms, dustpans, mops, mop pads, vacuum cleaner, carpet extractor, floor fans, floor scrubbers and dusting tools, as well as, any other items reasonably required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in a safe efficient and professional manner.– Contractor must coordinate request for access badges for employees through the Facility Services Manager or his designee.– The County is responsible for providing cleaning chemicals, trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer and feminine hygiene disposal bags throughout the contract term– Fixture Cleaning and Disinfecting: Fixtures including toilet bowls, hand basins, and urinals shall be cleaned according to schedule.– Removing Gum/Tar: Surface accumulations of chewing gum, tar, hardened dirt, and other spoilage, which cannot be removed by other means such as mopping, sweeping, or dust mopping, shall be scraped and removed.– Spot Cleaning: This procedure is a form of policing areas of dirt, smudges, smears, graffiti, fingerprints, spills, splashes and other marks.– Dusting: Dusting shall be accomplished according to schedule. Care shall be exercised to avoid damaging painted or wooden surfaces(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 29, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
