(1) Vendor needs to provide inventory services to the government authority located in ().– Capital asset equipment inventory.– Non–capital asset equipment inventory.– Stock inventory.– Conduct the physical inventory primarily by using bar code readers to scan property tags currently affixed to the capital asset equipment items.– Provide the computer equipment and software needed to compile and report inventory results.– Inventory all non–capital asset equipment items at public works headquarters building, field locations, and jobsites.– Inventory of all stock items, which includes automotive parts, tools, maintenance and construction materials, and office supplies, etc., at all warehouse locations.– Missing or illegible property tag.– Damaged or inoperable items.– Provide the warehouse manager a Microsoft Excel (trademark) compatible spreadsheet file on a portable data storage device (e.g., compact disk, USB flash drive etc.) that contains the results of the inventory count.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for seven years.
