EXTRA-76803 - USA (Alabama) - Neighborhood Plan Update and Implementation Master Plan Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide neighborhood plan update and implementation master plan services including professional planning, community engagement, economic development, implementation strategy, marketing, and design consulting services to the government authority located in Alabama.– The plan will support robust civil rights and cultural heritage tourism opportunities while strengthening services, infrastructure, quality of life, and economic opportunity for local residents.– The final plan must move beyond visioning by identifying priority projects, estimated costs, phasing, responsible parties, timelines, funding opportunities, governance recommendations, and measurable implementation steps.– Develop and implement a comprehensive, inclusive, and culturally responsive community engagement strategy.– Assess existing facilities, infrastructure, mobility, public realm conditions, open spaces, community assets, and related needs; identify improvements required to achieve plan objectives; and develop conceptual recommendations, design concepts, or project descriptions as appropriate– Identify regulatory, infrastructure, market, ownership, financing, organizational, environmental, and other development barriers that could impede implementation, and recommend practical strategies to address or mitigate those barriers(2) A mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
