Bids covering the work described in this Notice Inviting Bids, Insurance Requirements and Special Provisions entitled: CITY OWNED VEHICLES AND EVIDENCE TOWING SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received by the City of Clearlake (“City”) electronically through the City of Clearlake’s ("City") electronic bidding website (“OpenGov Procurement”), until 5:00 PM, Tuesday April 23, 2024. Proposals may not be submitted by fax, email, telephone, mail, hand delivery, or other means; any proposals received through any means other than OpenGov Procurement will be returned to the proposer unopened.
