DRA-11751 - USA (Frankfort, Kentucky) - Historic and Architectural Survey Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic and architectural survey service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Conducting a survey of approximately 85–95 properties.– The survey is to finalize the boundaries for this district and continue to summarize the surveydata and relevant history of the area for use in public engagement and a potential National Register nomination in the future.– An initial meeting (in person or virtually) with the Historic Preservation Officer (HPO) to discuss the project scope and timeline within 30 days of the execution of the contract.– Site visits and field work as needed– Archival research, which may include deed research at the office and information at the Capital City Museum, among other possible sources. – Photographs and mapping as required by the Kentucky Heritage Council to complete the survey forms.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
