Vendor needs to provide automated teller machine services to the government authority located in Quincy, IL. – Agency is seeking quotes for an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) ADA compliant ATM for banking services to be installed at agency. – Provide, install, and operate one compact and standalone ATM in the agency.– Vendor shall provide their own access to the internet or telephone services.– The ATM must have current industry–standard security features and all features necessary to fully comply with the accessibility standards of the American with Disabilities Act and all other federal, state, and local laws applicable to ATMs.– The ATM shall be equipped with an alarm system. – Provide security for the ATM at the financial institution/vendor’s expense.– Provide all service, maintenance, and technical support for the ATM.– Furnish cash for the provided ATM and keep cash in said ATM.– The ATM must accept debit and bank cards.– Provide customer service for ATM including a call center that is available for customer inquiries. – The ATM must have clearly marked signage of applicable fees and/or surcharges associated with the use of the ATM.– The ATM shall not be used to display any advertising media.– Vendor is responsible for all removal costs of ATM for any reason.
