Vendor needs to provide lab and analytical services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Analysis of lead in dust wipes and lead in soil. Samples will be analyzed in accordance with the turn–around times specified on submitted Chain of Custody forms.• Provide a final report to the agency in a format and manner acceptable to the department and will certify that the report is complete and accurate.• Composite soil samples will be taken from dwellings where areas of bare soil are identified on a case–by–case basis in accordance with sample protocols.
