– Vendor needs to provide townwide reappraisal service to the government authority located in Brandon, VT.         – The contractor shall analyze three years of sales information, verifying the sales information and correcting, as needed, the associated assessment information.– The contractor will visit each property for purposes of completing an exterior inspection of all residential (year–round and seasonal), condominium, mobile home, farm and commercial buildings and will update all data, sketches and photos for each property.– Reappraisal contractors to complete a townwide reappraisal of real property.– The reappraisal is to ensure equitable distribution of the burden of property tax.
