MEDI-7963 - USA (Redding, California) - Temporary and Relief Physical Therapy Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary and relief physical therapy services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Redding, CA. – Provide services for the benefit and care of residents at the agency• Physical Therapist:– Provide Physical Therapy services pursuant to a physician's order, consultation or other authorizedreferral, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations and consistent with the agency's policies andprocedures.– Conduct an initial assessment or evaluation for each authorized referral to determine the resident's functional status, identify the nature and extent of impairments, develop an individualized treatment plan based on the assessment findings and communicate the treatment plan to the resident, interdisciplinary team members and other appropriate healthcare professionals.– Provide education and instruction regarding therapy services, treatment plans, safety measures, equipment use and home exercise programs to residents, family members, agency staff, as appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
