WRT-4140 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Underwriting Consulting Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underwriting consulting services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– The selected consultant is expected to conduct a variety of financial review services for project underwriting, subsidy layering, and financial gap analysis of various projects and developments– Consultant should be able to offer recommendations that help ensure compliance with federal fund regulations and ensure reasonable and appropriate use of public funding.– Provide independent underwriting, financial analysis, development feasibility review, subsidy layering analysis, and technical assistance services.– Contractor shall evaluate the proposed development, including all sources of financing, all project costs, all units, operating revenues and expenses, reserves, debt, developer and related–party compensation, and other material financial interests affecting project feasibility and long–term viability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
