(1) Vendor needs to provide land development consultant services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.– Provide land development consultant to advise on its commercial development land use strategy for multiple landside parcels in its land holdings. – Market analysis and strategic positioning:– consultant shall conduct data–driven analysis to inform strategic decision–making and development prioritization.– Stakeholder and partner engagement:– consultant shall support stakeholder engagement to validate market demand and inform development strategies.– Commercial land use planning and development strategy:– Highest and best use analysis for agency–controlled parcels.– Site prioritization for near–, mid–, and long–term development.– Target industry and economic alignment:– consultant(s) shall align development opportunities with target industries to support long–term economic viability.– Investment, financial, and transaction strategy:– consultant shall provide financial and investment advisory services to support development feasibility and revenue generation.– Implementation and delivery strategy:– Consultant shall translate planning efforts into actional development strategies.– Optional support services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–submittal meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
