RFP 26-1620 For Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance (as-required basis) of Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking qualified proponent for Supply, Delivery, Installation and maintenance (as-required basis) of Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry. The scope includes the provision of a complete and fully integrated solution, comprising a discrete sampling system, auto‑sampler, recirculating chiller, and auto‑dilution system. The Supplier will be responsible for ensuring full system integration, commissioning, and operational readiness upon installation. Comprehensive training for City personnel is required to support effective operation and maintenance of the equipment. In addition, an extended warranty covering the instrument and associated components must be included as part of the proposal. It is The City’s intention to purchase one (1) ICP‑MS/MS instrument in 2026. Subject to operational requirements and budget approvals, The City may, at its sole discretion, procure additional units of the same or similar instrumentation during the term of the Contract.
