(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Alameda, CA.– The Agency has issued this Request for Proposal to solicit responses from qualified firms demonstrating their experience recruiting qualified executive level staff for public agencies to manage the recruitment of the agency director positions as listed:• Director of Finance.• Director of Administrative Services.• Director of Community Development. • Recommend updates to the job description and recruitment brochure for each position, the City organization, goals, objectives, and clearly define the attributes and skills necessary to be successful in the position.• Develop a written customized recruitment plan and timeline for each position and present said plan to the City for approval prior to commencement of the recruitment activities.• Conduct outreach and targeted advertising of qualified individuals, including outreach to underrepresented groups who meet the qualifications for the position.• Actively recruiting candidates through professional networks.• Receive and screen applicants, conduct preliminary interviews, and provide periodic written responses to all applicants regarding the process and their status in the process.• Provide detailed candidate assessments and present a recommended final candidate list for each position.• Coordinate interview processes, reference checks, background checks, and related logistics on the candidates who are recommended by the City.• Support the City throughout the selection and offer process.• Send rejection letters to candidates who do not qualify.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2025.
