(1) Vendor needs to provide software license renewal and maintenance service.– Provide the County of Ocean with valid licenses and support for agency Financial and Procurement ver. 4.x. This includes all of the following modules:• Advantage Financial (Base System, Inventory Management, 1099 Reporting)• Advantage Procurement (Procurement Professional, Vendor & Vendor Self–Service)• Advantage Performance Budgeting (PB)• Advantage infoAdvantage– Annual Support• Include unlimited yearly 24/7 remote support with 4 hour response time.• Include and implement fixes, patches and updates.• Full version releases to be included with yearly support and will be implemented by vendor at no charge to the county as part of the yearly support.– Provide hours of support (i.e. 24/7 7 days a week, 9 am to 5 pm Mon–Fri). Provide response time service level objectives.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
