(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and public relations services.– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the strategic goals– Increase student registrations and enrollments– Increase applications from prospective students– Provide strategic planning, creative development, campaign support, and media planning/buying to support student recruitment, lead generation and enrollment goals. Success measures and reporting will be tied to actual enrollment.– Requirement• Strategic planning and consultation• Creative development and production• Campaign management and optimization• Media planning and buying• Reporting and performance analysis• Higher education enrollment marketing experience(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
