(1) Vendor needs to provide arts education program service to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. • Provide in–person, beginner classes on video and audio production, video editing, distribution and safe and healthy social media use for teens, 13–18 years old.• Design and implement a standardized curriculum covering four (4) instructional sessions lasting ninety (90) minutes each, tailored for teens and focused on hands–on experiential learning.• Provide teens with the basic knowledge to independently create short–format videos for to online distribution.• Develop curriculum for beginner–level group instruction for teens.• Curriculum must include hands–on learning, with students creating short videos each week.• Conduct mid–series assessments to gauge learning and engagement, and adjust the curriculum and instruction as needed. Library will conduct post–series assessments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
