(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Wallops Island, VA. – Daily Tasks:• Clean front entrance doors (interior and exterior).• Mop entrance and reception areas.• Clean and sanitize break room surfaces, mop floors, and empty trash.• Completely clean and disinfect restrooms; restock paper products and soap.• Dispose of cardboard for recycling.• Sanitize conference room tables and counters.• Dry mop all hard floors.– Weekly Tasks:• Polish stainless–steel appliances as needed.• Sweep and mop copy room.• Detail–dusting of copy room and equipment.• Vacuum carpets as needed, no less than once per week.• Wet Mop all floors (can be sectioned throughout the week).– Monthly Tasks:• Dust windowsills, baseboards, picture frames, plaques, and wall decorations.• High dust (corners and ceilings).• Remove fingerprints from doors and switch plates.• Clean glass on cubicles.• Empty smoking receptacles.– Annual Tasks:• Clean building windows, inside and out.– Twice–Weekly Tasks:• Clean entrance door glass.• Vacuum and mop entrance, reception, and stairs.• Vacuum all carpeted areas.• Empty trash and sanitize containers.• Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies.• Dust windowsills, desktops, and tables.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) A Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 2, 2026.
