(1) Vendor needs to provide transit–oriented public–private partnership outside legal counsel service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide legal services in connection with the potential implementation of a Transit–Oriented Development (TOD) Public–Private Partnership (P3) project.– Provide advice and legal services supporting Project initiation and entitlement strategy.– Provide strategic legal guidance and strategy for the rezoning and entitlement.– Developing and negotiating key transaction provisions including federal compliance requirements, confidentiality provisions, data–sharing and intellectual property provisions, development standards, proposed business terms and deal structure requirements.– Providing legal and strategic guidance throughout the response review and evaluation process, including responding to questions, drafting addenda, and addressing procurement issues that arise.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
