SW-116602 - USA (Florida) - Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Software - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide continuity of operations plan (COOP) software.– Ensure that any and all information and communications technology (ICT), including but not limited to websites, web applications, mobile applications, documents, digital content, and user interfaces developed, provided, procured, maintained, or otherwise– Software shall include customizable required subfields within each required COOP field.– Software shall be fully hosted on the Contractor’s cloud–based infrastructure and shall be accessible from any internet connection.– Support for a minimum of 250 simultaneous active users who are able to enter data and generate reports concurrently– Software shall provide configurable dashboard views that allow authorized users to monitor COOP development and approval progress at both the departmental and enterprise levels.– Perform routine system maintenance necessary to ensure minimal disruption and downtime of the software.– Provide secure mobile application access (iOS and Android) that allows authorized users to download and view approved COOP plans in a read–only format for offline use during network outages.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
