(1) Vendor needs to provide community and family engagement program service. – Consultants with professional expertise in community outreach, project management, event management, and connections to the education ecosystem.– A track record of data driven outcomes engaging educators, families and children and other stakeholders.– Contractor will not be responsible for media production, content acquisition, marketing, or journalism except where coordination with those activities is necessary to accomplish the community engagement work.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
