DRA-11164 - USA (Wyoming, Ontario) - Rural and Inter-Community Transit Need and Feasibility Study Service - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rural and inter–community transit need and feasibility study service to the government authority located in Wyoming, ON. – The Study will provide a decision–making framework for potential implementation, including associated costing, governance, resourcing, and sustainability of the various options presented.– The successful Proponent will be responsible for the collection, review, and assembly of the following information:• Familiarization with the geographic area, municipal structure and services, Indigenous communities, and transportation connectivity of the agency study area.• Discuss with County, local and adjacent municipalities to determine operational and performance attributes of their transit systems or needs.• Meet with the Indigenous communities of Aamjiwnaang First Nation, Kettle & Stony Point First Nation, and Walpole Island First Nation, Bkejwanong Territory, to establish transit needs and connectivity opportunities.• Research and document existing municipal, non–profit, and private transit service providers within agency, including service levels, areas, routes, operating capacity and limitations.– The successful Proponent will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for public and interest–holder engagement, consultation, and communication throughout the Study process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
