(1) Vendor needs to provide IT managed services to the government authority located in Emmaus, PA. • Deliver on–site and remote services, 24/7 monitoring, website management, preventative maintenance, Help Desk support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, and scalable infrastructure management. • Help Desk Support – The MSP should offer superior Help Desk support using a ticket management system during normal business hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday from Tier One to Three services by utilizing industry best practice processes and procedures• Website Management – The MSP will maintain website active domain monitoring and security for our website (hosted offsite).• Remote Backup – The MSP must execute an hourly and nightly backup plan for the critical servers, including a regularly–tested recovery process.• Email System Management – LCHA requires the management and administration of email system for all users.• Antivirus, AntiSpam & Antispyware Protection – The MSP must provide and maintain solutions to defend against security threats including phishing, malware, spam, viruses• Mobile Device Support – The MSP must load user account and any software onto mobile phones – both Android and iPhones.
