(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in North Tonawanda, NY. – Consultant to prepare plans, specifications, engineer’s estimates, permitting, and a contract for the public bidding of the cart path improvements and parking lot extension.– Approximately 16,100 LF of new golf cart paths to connect existing paths from tee to green.– Approximately 18,000 LF of existing cart path rehabilitation.– 0.52 acres of lots space into a parking lot addition.– Prepare for environmental impacts of the project and any other necessary permits the project may require.– Prepare complete plans and specifications including cover sheet, layout plans, grading, drainage details, erosion and sediment control plans, sheets, quantities, contract documents, technical specifications, and engineer's estimate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
