(1) Vendor needs to provide beverage vending machine services to the government authority located in Allen, TX.• Provide beverage vending machine services covering the following product categories: soft drinks, carbonated and non–carbonated beverages, juices, sports and isotonic drinks, and bottled water• Providing new or reconditioned vending machines that are clean, contaminant–free, and compliant with energy conservation standards.• Providing that each vending machine has programmable timers to allow scheduled shut–offs, enabling compliance with the agency competitive food regulations during the regular and extended school day.• Conducting regular maintenance and repairs, with a four–hour response time (Monday – Friday) for service calls and 24–hour replacement of non–functioning machines.• Posting a notice on or adjacent to each machine identifying the designated contact person for reporting equipment issues or requesting refunds.• Reimbursing refund claims due to non–receipt of product or spoilage without question.• Removing expired products and reimbursing locations for out–of–date items sold.• Securing all necessary licenses, permits, and paying applicable sales taxes.• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and safety regulations and requirements.• Adhering to all agency rules and policies while on campus.• Ensuring machines are capable of making change and securing funds.• Implementing cashless payment systems, including card readers and mobile payment options, in addition to traditional cash transactions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
