(1) Vendor needs to provide E–learning development services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.• Develop custom–designed e–Learning courses as required to meet the agency training needs. – E–Learning courses will be high–quality, engaging, aesthetically pleasing, and content–rich.• Provider of e–Learning development services will design and develop courses:– That are compliant with the agency LMS (Learning Management System) provider, which is currently Cornerstone OnDemand (requires agency 2004 – 3rd Edition) and will be migrating to Workday.– That is error–free– That are interactive, using learning checks, flash files, audio, photos and video, etc.– With a professional design and layout; fresh and interesting, that meets the agency visual style standards– That are compliant with Section 508 to ensure they are fully accessible to people with disabilities– That include a knowledge check or final assessment, if requested and assist with their installation into the agency LMS(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
