(1) Vendor needs to provide master control provider services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Integrate into our existing TV operations with minimal interruptions to the on–air product.– The ability to go live for on–air fundraising, programming, messaging, town halls and debates, as the need arises. – Coordinate any database changes with Myers Protrack scheduling software.– Setup and assist with connectivity and control for primary and backup video paths, encoders, decoders, servers, and any other systems needed for operations. – The ability to monitor all video streams 24/7/365. – Provide operational support 24/7/365 with access by phone and email.
