CSE-24243 - USA (Murfreesboro, Tennessee) - Security Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.– The contractor will be expected to provide trained personnel capable of serving in the role of security guards, ticket takers, ushers, operate/manage/control weapon detectors and elevator operators.• Events at Floyd Stadium– 6 or 7 collegiate football games, anticipated attendance of 15,000 to 25,000.– 2 marching band competitions, anticipated attendance of 5,000 to 10,500 per competition.– 5 to 7 high school football games, anticipated attendance of 5,000 to 6,000 per game.– Possible concerts, anticipated attendance of 10,000 to 20,000.• Events in other facilities– 32 collegiate baseball games, anticipated attendance of 750 to 1,000 per game.– 28 collegiate softball games, anticipated attendance of 200 to 500 per game.– 1 or 2 track meets, anticipated attendance of 1,500 to 2,500 per meet.– The gates will open at 10:00 am. Tickets will be collected at the gate until the completion of the fourthinning of the final game, which is anticipated to be 6:15 pm.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
