(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based building automation system.– Provide comprehensive Building Automation System (BAS) support services for the university's controls Metasys platform and associated control systems.– Responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and fully functional BAS environment that supports patient care, research, academic, and administrative operations.– Provide cloud services, software–as–a–service, and hosted computer services.– Technologies, tools, analytics, dashboards, remote monitoring solutions, reporting capabilities, and other innovations that improve system reliability, operational efficiency, energy performance, and customer service.– Measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that will be used to evaluate contract performance.– Troubleshoot and resolve BAS–related issues.– Maintain compatibility with the existing Metasys platform.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
