CONS-21678 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Vacant Unit Renovations Services - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide vacant unit renovations services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, drawings, floor plans, inspections, environmental coordination, demolition, disposal, construction, installation, repairs, testing, cleaning, and closeout documentation necessary to complete the renovation.– Work includes full unit renovation and correction of structural, exterior envelope, masonry, interior floor elevation, utility, and finish deficiencies.– The rear extension/addition shows settlement/sinking conditions and shall be evaluated and repaired or rebuilt as required to restore the structure to a safe, stable, code–compliant, and watertight condition.– Contractors shall not rely solely on the written scope, estimate. Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements, quantities, access conditions, site constraints, utilities, structural conditions, and code requirements before submitting a proposal.– Proposals include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, mobilization, demolition, disposal, permits, inspections, testing, and final cleaning.– Contractors shall identify any subcontractors proposed for structural, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, environmental, roofing, or other specialty work.– Contractor shall include anticipated construction duration and proposed start date after notice to proceed.– Contractors shall provide product data, cut sheets, or manufacturer information for proposed fixtures, equipment, appliances, flooring, windows, doors, detectors, and other major materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) Site visit will be held on June 22, 2026.
