(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic assertive community treatment full–service partnership and intensive case management services to the government authority located in California.– Full service partnership 1–intensive case management that are recovery oriented and field–based, serving adults with serious mental illness who experience significant functional impairments, frequent crisis, high service needs, have the highest acuity and would benefit from intensive community–based services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
