(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape architecture, multidisciplinary architectural, and engineering services to the government authority located in Los Alamos, NM. – landscape architecture, multidisciplinary architectural, and engineering services on a recurring basis for the study, planning, and design of public parks and recreational infrastructure.– Provide professional landscape architecture, engineering design, construction administration, and construction management services for facility improvements, renovations, new construction, site improvements, and maintenance projects.– provide civil engineering services for site and roadway improvements, including pavement design, grading, drainage, utilities, lighting, traffic circulation, accessibility improvements, and related infrastructure.– Design and construction management services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for seven years.
