(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based customer relationship management (CRM) system.– A comprehensive platform that centralizes donor management, fundraising campaigns, grant tracking, volunteer management, event management, reporting, and communications while integrating with existing financial and productivity systems.– Solution should minimize manual processes while improving donor stewardship, fundraising effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. – The solution should be able to track cash donations, in–kind gifts, grants, and employee payroll deductions and fee payments. – Provide a detailed narrative describing your ability to integrate historical data from NonProfitEasy to your platform.– CRM platform to replace the current NonProfitEasy platform.– Solution should be user–friendly while providing robust reporting and analysis options. • Software licenses.• Implementation.• Configuration.• Data migration.• Documentation.• Technical support.• Ongoing maintenance.• Future software updates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
