(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic cable installation service to the government authority located in Columbus, NE. • Installation of approximately six miles of underground fiber optic cable between substations.• 345kV substation control building, installing 48 strand all–dielectric fiber through existing conduit to the district’s fiber vault located outside of the fence on the south side of 345 KV substation.• Installation shall continue from the vault through existing underground conduit for approximately 1/4 mile, the fiber will then leave the underground conduit in accordance with staking sheets nos. 1a/34, 1/34, and 2/80.(2) Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on Nov 5, 2026
