(1) Vendor needs to provide website management, digital optimization, analytics, and technical support service using content management system.– Provide comprehensive website management, digital optimization, analytics, and technical Support.– Position serves as the primary steward of the program's digital presence, ensuring the website remains accurate, secure, high–performing, discoverable, and aligned with the program's strategic goals.– Combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, using data, emerging technologies, and evolving search practices to continually improve the visitor experience and support.– Website management and user experience:– Maintain and manage the official website.– Update website content in coordination with the agency program manager and content team.– Maintain seasonal campaigns and promotional pages.– Technical website administration:– Manage website content management system (CMS).– Maintain plugins, integrations, and software updates.– Coordinate website hosting as needed.– Monitor website security and implement best practices.– Search and discovery optimization:– Provide ongoing optimization to improve the website's visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI–powered search platforms.– Analytics and performance:– Monitor website performance and visitor behaviour.– Configure and maintain Google analytics, google search console, tag manager, Microsoft clarity, and other applicable tools.– Digital Innovation and emerging technologies:– Monitor developments in artificial intelligence and digital marketing technologies.– Evaluate new tools, software, and digital platforms.– Email marketing and digital communications:– Provide technical support for the program's email marketing platform.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
