(1) Vendor needs to provide security modernization services to the government authority located in Naples, FL.– Physical security infrastructure through the replacement and integration of legacy Video Management Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Emergency Call Box systems, Burglar Alarm systems, and IP Videowall technologies into a unified, event–driven enterprise security platform. – Create a secure, scalable, analytics–driven ecosystem that enhances situational awareness, operational efficiency, cybersecurity posture, and emergency response coordination.– New VMS platform shall be Linux–based, ONVIF–compliant, and capable of integrating existing Avigilon recorders and approximately 100 Avigilon cameras already deployed.– Assess existing camera placements and plan the replacement of all legacy analog and Pelco IP units with secure, modern IP cameras, including the necessary network infrastructure to support the upgraded system. Video storage will be centralized across two existing County data centers with an estimated requirement of approximately 5.5 petabytes of usable RAID–6 storage supporting continuous 24/7 recording, 30–day retention, and future scalability up to 2,500 cameras. – The County plans to deploy a modern 4K event–driven videowall environment capable of automatically responding to security incidents.
