(1) Vendor needs to provide section 125 – flex spending plan administration services.– Administration of the City Section 125 – Flex Spending Plan for participating employees and new participates.– Plan includes both city and school department employees.– Administration of FSA and DCFSA accounts– Receive and Process enrollment eligibility files from the City– Maintain participant accounts and balances– Coordinate the payroll deduction file with the City– Support annual plan rollover, graces and run–out periods.– Provide debit cards to employees– Process reimbursements– Maintain deduction, claims and transaction history for all participants.– Online portal and customer support phone number– Dedicated account support representative– Weekly contribution and reconciliation reports(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
