RFP #2607-01 - Chester County CYF Resource Parent Recruiter

The County of Chester, Department of Children, Youth, and Families, is requesting Proposals from qualified firms or individual(s) who have the necessary expertise to provide Resource Parent Recruiter Services. Questions Any questions related to the Proposal must be submitted via Public Purchase at www.publicpurchas.com in writing no later than 12 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026 . All questions received by the deadline will be answered via addenda and posted to the public purchase site - www.publicpurchase.com . Proposal Submission Proposals must be submitted electronically through www.publicpurchase.com in response to this RFP. To ensure compliance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101, et seq., Proposer shall submit one redacted copy of the proposal (in addition to the other required copies of the un-redacted proposal) if Proposer believes that the response contains trade secrets, proprietary information, or other confidential content. Proposer must also provide a written statement, signed by a representative of the Proposer, certifying that the record contains a trade secret or confidential proprietary information. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, September 17 , 2026 .
