DRA-11424 - USA (Lexington, South Carolina) - Comprehensive Housing Study and Assessment Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive housing study and assessment services to the government authority located in Lexington, SC.• Existing housing inventory and market conditions, to include single family, mobile home, attached dwellings, and multifamily – inventories shall be separated between unincorporated and municipalities which incorporated areas are located within county. • Population, demographic, and salary projections. • Critical housing needs, based upon market and work force. • Provide a geographic analysis within the unincorporated areas of by county council district. • Housing choices, both current and future, to accommodate senior, low to moderate income, middle class, income restricted or otherwise cost prohibited, single, veteran, and disabled citizens. • Fiscal impacts to the county. • Service level impacts to various county services and departments. • Include an assessment of constraints, such as land availability, utilities, infrastructure, transportation, funding opportunities, and local development regulations. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
