(1) Vendor needs to provide youth employment activities service to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.• Provide employment activities to youth, in and out of school• provide employment activities to youth, in and out of school, who face barriers to education, training, or employment• Youth programming includes the following 14 program elements*: – Tutoring, alternative secondary school services; paid and unpaid work experiences, which include: summer and year–round employment opportunities, pre–apprenticeship programs, internships and job shadowing, and on–the–job training; occupational skill training; education offered concurrently with workforce preparation and training; leadership development opportunities; supportive services;– Mentoring; follow–up services; comprehensive guidance and counseling; financial literacy education; entrepreneurial skills training; services that provide labor market and employment information; and postsecondary education and training preparation activities.• This solicitation seeks providers of:• Tutoring, Study Skills Training, and Instruction• Alternative Secondary School Services• Paid and Unpaid Work Experience• Education Offered Concurrently with Workforce Preparation and Training for a Specific Occupation• Leadership Development opportunities• Supportive Services• Adult Mentoring• Follow–up Services• Financial Literacy Education• Entrepreneurial Skills Training• Services that Provide Labor Market Information• Postsecondary Preparation and Transition Activities(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026
