(1) Vendor needs to provide travel agency services to the government authority located in Blackwood, NJ.– Provide for the procurement of transportation, lodging and other travel related servicesat the greatest saving and benefit.– Provide year–round official travel support to be provided during normal business hours and a knowledgeable account manager that is both capable and able to meet the needs of our account.– Provide qualified support staff for ticket issuance and ticket packaging. As an added value service, assist special needs travelers and rebates and discounts from travel affiliates.– Provide user–friendly on–line booking tool for the purposes of making travel reservations as an option for the travelers with help desk assistance with online booking at no additional fee.– Agency will be the firstline travel arrangers for our travelers. In addition, there must be a 24/7/365 access to a phone number for travelers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
