(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party administrator services.– Provide pharmacy benefits management and third–party administration services which includes managing enrollment and maintenance of current pharmacy network.– Services also include claims adjudication, coordination of benefits and point–of–sale processing services for its clients.– Provide an electronic claims processing infrastructure through which pharmacies interact when clients fill their prescriptions.– Maintain a statewide pharmacy network that will be available to dispense covered drugs on behalf of agency and a mail order option through which clients obtain their medications.– Maintain a data system sufficient to deliver the services.– Provide a toll–free telephone line established for members and providers to contact the respondent's customer service with questions from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., monday through friday.– Benefit card.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
