(1) Vendor needs to provide lawn care services to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA. • Mowing services:– Mowing: Mow all turf on the entire property in a linear pattern to a uniform height not exceeding2 inches.– Edging: Edge all lawn areas along sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking lots, curbs, headers and retaining walls using a gas–powered metal–blade edger or suitable substitute.– Trimming: Trim around trees, beds, fences, posts, walls, buildings, porches, poles, irrigationheads, garbage can holders and other obstacles that mowers and edgers cannot reach. – Hardscape weeds: Apply a safe, environmentally friendly herbicide to kill grass and weeds incracks and openings in sidewalks, curbs, roads, parking areas, walls and fence lines.– Building clearance: Remove dead or dying branches, twigs and nuisance growth within 3 feet of buildings, and trim shrubbery to keep about 3 feet of clearance from buildings where possible.– Clean–up: Blow, sweep, or vacuum clippings from paved areas, steps, decks, courts, buildings,signage, and doorways. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
