(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide transcriptionists necessary to produce accurate, verbatim transcripts from recorded audio and video.– Ability to transcribe multiple speakers, legal terminology, and complex subject matter.– Responsible for correct spelling, including unfamiliar words, checking medical dictionaries and references when needed to distinguish between similar–sounding terms.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
