Vendor needs to provide automated chemistry analyzer system to the government authority located in Jacksonville, AL. – Provide automated chemistry analyzer system, with a compatible laboratory water purification system, to support faculty research and student instruction.– Acceptable Equipment• New, manufacturer–refurbished, or professionally refurbished automated chemistry analyzer.• Refurbished units shall be refurbished by the original manufacturer or by a refurbisher operating under a documented quality management system (for example, ISO 13485 or ISO 9001), and shall include documentation of refurbishment procedures, replaced components, and quality assurance testing.• Analyzer shall be fully tested, calibrated, and certified by the supplier prior to installation.• Bidder shall state the year of manufacture and the period for which parts, reagents, and service for the proposed model will remain available.– The analyzer shall:• Perform routine chemistry testing for research and instructional applications.• Support a minimum throughput of 200 photometric tests per hour.• Include integrated electrolyte testing (ISE) capability for sodium, potassium, and chloride.• Support serum, plasma, and urine specimens.• Permit simultaneous analysis of multiple analytes from a single specimen.• Support user–defined calculated tests, such as ratios (for example, BUN/creatinine, AST/ALT, and total cholesterol/HDL–C).
