– Vendor needs to provide managed IT and cybersecurity services to the government authority located in Holly Springs, NC. – Provide comprehensive, proactive information technology management, helpdesk support, and advanced cybersecurity infrastructure.– Secure an outsourced partnership that ensures operational continuous availability, sophisticated data protection, reliable remote and onsite support, and predictable cost management.– Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM): Continuous centralized telemetry, automated patch deployment, hardware lifecycle monitoring, and proactive remediation of technical faults across all designated endpoints.– Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR): Implementation of behavioral–analysis and real–time threat–detection software capable of neutralizing sophisticated fileless or zero–day exploits, systematically outperforming traditional static signature–based antivirus solutions.– Patch Management: Automated validation and execution of operating system (e.g., Windows Updates) and critical software updates.– Full Disk Image Workstation Backups: Total system state capturing (including OS settings, application data, local registries, and structural directories) to enable rapid bare–metal recovery in instances of total hardware or security failure.– Provider will maintain an active, responsive High Availability Service Desk (HAS) delivering unlimited standard operational troubleshooting under a fixed framework.– Comprehensive device discovery, technical auditing, and asset mapping.– Centralized software tool deployment (RMM agents, advanced EDR software).– Exhaustive security sweeping and initial system optimization.– Corporate password vault provisioning and credential centralization.
